That day while on the way to the PC Fair in KLCC. I saw this nice car with white color plate JOHOR. Who own that car?

Saw a Green colour Viper Dodge n a red Colour Dodge challenger~ (no plate number) surrounded by polices pass by in front of bentley showroom. Didnt manage to take photo coz driving + many police there
