Based on the practice session yesterday, there's a little bit improvement rather than previous session but it is only due to the good equipments provided by the studio. I believe our performance is still remained the same as the previous jam session. In addition, I tried to use the body language like what Eccen had advice, which hopefully could show that I am performing rather than playing. Dunno how is it go.

I've notice something new in uragiri no yuuyake..after hearing the mp3 quite awhile, the ryhtm is played with guitar clean instead of distortion..if its a clean guitar setup, it would be similar as playing in acoustic..Therefore I would suggest brain play the rhythm with full cord rather than power cord

I oso notice that actually. But most of the cover in the utube are covered on the singer's guitar part(distortion one). And I oso quite shocked that while in the music video, the rythm part is done by some-dude-using-a-DJ-gear. Tonite I'll check the live video via utube and if found, I'll see how he play.

Another thing I would like to comment about afterdark cover from yesterday jamming session..the bass wasn't played solid enough by Myc.. some portion were played wrongly though..please do revise back how the actual chord are played..Surprising echen and brian almost got it right ..keep it up

lol

aku main hentam pun ko kata betul? shocking.gif

Edit:

Aaaaanyway, regarding the 'rhythm guitar part which was played with a clean sound' on Uragiri No Yuuyake song that u mention. I already looked into the live version at utube. That part is actually played using a keyboard. No wonder in the PV version, that dude was using some DJ-gear.

ps: I like that uncle playing bass. His face looked selamba with his hat and his long beard. Like A Samad Said just recently joined rock n roll band would look like.

Actually the clean guitar setup comes from the vocalist.. he's the one who plays rhythm all together..I believe his using fx gear to switch between clean and half distortion..but what most important is that the chord he played are majorly in full chord

^ depends on how you tweak the volume of the guitar..though, somehow I feel the live version sounds different than the album cover

So tomorrow got practice? I'm free the whole day

edit:
Chords for Touhou Bad APPLES as per requested by Steno

http://www.mediafire.com/?g8erm222j82x6rr

so sorry steno for late posting this thing. I just notice that they tranpose with 1 key higher during the 3rd chorus so I need to arrange the chords again. Hence, it got 6 chords in total.
