bump* tabs update!...if you studied the current tab, you would able to play through chorus..and then the song loops all over again!

The song is nice, but I think we should play it during jam session only. Coz afraid crowd wouldnt know this song and cluess if we bring for performance.

Let me go through back our discussion on last Saturday. Songs that we can concerntrate for any upcoming performance

1) Melt - Miku
2) Kimi ni Shiranai Monogatari - SC
3) Secret Base - Zone
4) ?????? (to be decide later)

For ownself practice, yer all could just practice those 3 songs above with full concerntration.

For 'have fun songs' during jam session

1) Kairo - Touhou (I still want to play this song!)
2) Shiina Ringo song
3) Magnet - Miku (seriously an easy song, even 10 years old kid can play. I already posted the tab and the tutorial vid here, lazy to search it)

And I suggest the next activity is for us to have a practice session like last time at Mud place (suggested time is either this Saturday 4pm above or Sunday afternoon) . Coz that we can have an unlimited time not only for practicing together but also we can have a brainstorming session. I dunno about the venue, hope that Mud could lend his office for practice like last time. But if Mud place is not available this weekend, we can have that session at my place (if you are willing to come all over from southern KL to Damansara Sg Buloh). And Chiaki's place is a no-no, I dun want us to wake up Myclymara's baby due to our loud noise.

You know, this myth has to be eliminated I mean seriously...it doesn't matter what song they're from as long it's Japanese centric music and it sounds nice, people will like it.

There no such thing as specific demand for this kind of performance especially when an underrated band like us get into this. If there's a demand we should already have a loyal fan hoping for us playing a song cover.

Right now I strongly suggest we should focus playing a simple song that sounds good to the audience during performance, except for melt and shiranai cuz we have put alot of effort on those so far.

The shit you guys are playing are PATHETIC. The songs suggested almost never change and the shits being played are no different than Bieber garbage wanted by the ignorant masses.

You guys have terrible music sense. Even if everyone does initially start out noob, you all had enough time to improve to the point to be considered 'ACCEPTABLE'. This band is BELOW FAILING. Why waste precious time conjuring up ear-ripping noises?

Putting it bluntly, and if the first few words didn't get across your head, it is BECAUSE you all keep playing stupid pop anime shit that f***s up any chance of improvement. The playing genre is very low here (even if it is an Anime song playing band). You're all stuck in your closets and won't even dare to step out into anything more challenging.

If you think about striking me back, you'll probably plot to call me a touhou-fag. At least touhou has influences from other western and famous musicians. Its music complexity and difficult structure FAR dominates vocashit and anishit. Suck it.

Over the years I've been watching you guys now but it's very irritating to see no progression at all. It's rather sad to see you guys play. This band has little to no motivation. Why not just quit?

although the words kind a bit harsh.. but it have deep meanings.. cos I felt the same thing in the last session before.. haha... maybe this band just need something fresh to move to the next stage... maybe create an original song? might help to improve.. don't need to make it a difficult song just a simple one like Situasi by Bunkface.. the song damn simple, but the influence of a song can be enough to move on to the next stage.. nod.gif

anyway, it's been long I had a session with you guys, I'm thinking a session the week after next week.. just want to try something.. tongue.gif Hope you guys don't have anything to do that time.. like performance or anything, one song might be enough.. well it's depend on you guys if you let me interrupt or not... lol..

Read back above post. Me and Chiaki were arguing songs that we want to perform, not songs that we want to play. Its not that we are neglecting any j-songs, if there was, I will not agreeing with them to play that Ringo song/Touhou/Melt coz its not anime related. Chiaki just didnt agree with my idea on ONLY performing anime songs in an anime event.

I think what he's trying to say is you need to get out of your comfortable position.. read his words about improvement.. it's for the future of this band..

not saying playing anime ost can't improve playing I had to say there are some songs that really tough to crack.. it's just you guys had too much effort for the same songs.. I know it's because it's hard to master that's why you need to get better with easy song first, like improving your basics.. it's not like I say you guys not good or bad but you guys tried too much..

I know it sound like a jerk.. ya.. I'm also not good to begin with but it's such a shame cos the band existed for years but didn't improvement much(I didn't say you guys didn't improve okay, smile.gif .. not many indie bands can stand that long with the same member.. The longest band I had only months but I'm sure willing to do anything to recreate something like that again cos that time I played with all my heart..

Well.. I always hope the better for this band, you guys got the thing, just need to search for it.. when it shine, you'll be glad this band still stick together.. icon_rolleyes.gif

If you are referring to CDMaboroshi's post, I've already got his message and will convey to other bandmates. If you are referring to Chiaki post, Chiaki only referring to the song selection duing performance. See his post below:-

Hmm I planned to have an 'acoustic' session' like last time at your venue. Unlimited jamming works.

(if you all ok with it)
