Here are some reasons why he doesnt want to hold ur hand:-

1. he doesnt find you attractive or is awkward being around with u

2. he has hyperhidrosis, sweaty palm

3. hes an introvert whos shy around girls

4. Doesnt want to display public affection

But i think he isnt really into you and looking for other oppurtinities. He will hold dearly once he finds the right one.
