Hey guys,
I can't update my Nokia E71! Currently it is version 300.21.012.

Everytime I try to update it says "Update failed" or "Phone is not connected" as OviSuite always automatically disconnects my phone and then reconnects it after the update fails.

Can anyone help?

err i duno how to explain..
i never delete all the messages in my inbox after read it and all comes with contact name because i saved them into contacts(duh)..but the message that i received last 2 days,suddenly the contact name become number while the old messages still in name.
for example i got contact name A with number 1234..i got A's message at last 3-4 days with contact name on it..but when i received A's message last 2 days and yesterday,his name change to contact number,1234...same goes to other contacts that i received these 2 days...

xavi, did anybody mention that new firmware is out? its 410.21.010  now..i may have missed the post but i'd expect a new firmware in the sub-title up there...

by the way, my usb cover (rubber flap) is almost going to go off..anybody know where i might get an ori replacement? thanks. 

Thanks for the replies. Still cannot update.. I tried using only NSU, still didn't work.
My Ovi Suite is: Nokia Ovi Suite 2.1.1.1; using PC.

Well, it lets me check the firmware, then when I click update, it says "15 minutes remaining". Then it stops after like 1 minute and says "Internal" error, can't detect phone.

Thanks for the advice how do I hard reset?
So I click on update firmware again, and when it gets to the "install" phase, I take out the memory card?
