3. Specs. - wifi, 3g, camera, physical keypad
4. Type/Size. - any

I am looking for an Alternative to Blackberry 9700. My location (country) does not have BIS so it is basically useless to buy a Blackberry. Therefore, I am looking for an alternative which the keypad, functionality and reliable are equally important.

I do not want touchscreen phone.

i can suggest E72 , SE C905 , SE W995 , Samsung INNOV8

go for Aino or w995..
without touch screen price very cheap only.. less than 1500 can get

Hm... It seems like most of the recommendation is Slide-Phone, except E72. Any more similar design with 9700 Blackberry. Full QWERTY keyboard.

I had tried the E63 Keypad - Too small for my finger.

well.. it has slightly bigger keypad than E63... nothing you can expect..just like blackberry too.

any decent phone i can get for around rm 150 - 200 ? just need for calls and sms.. any help is appreciated.

Your best choice is to get a phone with touchscreen and qwerty keyboard.
The best i tried is Nokia N97 its spaced very well if u have big fingers

I want to ask is there any similar SE phone compare to the N79 and N85 which have WIFI, GPS and above 3MP camera? Budget is around RM1k.

Yeah sort of guessed when I did some googling. Looks like them flip are out of fashion. Noticed most phone are moving towards bricks, with large screens. Was kinda shocked at the weight of a 3GS Iphone too.

So with clamshells out of fashion, what else can I settle on? Will check out the W995 and n86/93.
