For Planted aquarium lovers, I would like to share a story with you guys here. Hope you beware if you visit this shop. I bought quite a numbers of thing from this shop since last year march.

One of the item bought from them, CO2 tank got lot of problem, that make me gone crazy because I need to fill in gas 4 times in just 8 months time! The shop staff never tell me the tank itself already got problem since day 1, thats why gas leaking, when i complaint to them every time, they would just say this is standard, refill need to pay RM 30. Because of their poor technical knowledge, end up I wasted RM 120 at their shop plus the petrol travelling to their shop all the way from ampang!

The last round of refill, finally they found out the top of CO2 tank and the regulator broken. They just replaced the top for me FOC but for the regulator, I gotto pay for it. This really a big joke! That day was an old lady there. I almost falled into the trap as she keep telling me that this thing is usual, it can spoil easily and the shop won't responsible for that. After called up my uncle then I realized i have the right to demand something for them. I did try to ask for free fill in for CO2 tank as they not manage detect the tank problem at first stage, second if i buy the regulator from them i should get discount. I tried to talk nicely as she is old lady. But I was really look down on that old lady. IN fact she is really smart and tried to push all the fault back to me. Not only that, she keep hard selling me the expensive regulator, almost Rm 300. she said only if i use the expensive one then the problem not going to repeat. Luckily I didn't buy that as my uncle told me the normal regulator also can be used for long. But this old lady told me normal regulator can spoil easily, i will just end up wasting money buying and buying again to replace. I then told her Rm300 is really out of my budget, since she not compensate the losses I facing all the while. When I told her i just want the normal regulator, her face change, the moment I ask for further discount for the normal regulator, she said that is the last price, take it or get out from the shop. Now you see how is her attitude, so beware and don't look down on the old lady.  Not only that, she told me the normal regulator seems used before, I can take it, but she won't responsible if I took back and not functioning! I told her that is consumer rights at malaysia, she somemore told me young man, don't waste your time, this cheap item not worth your time do so much of thing.

I don't think the normal regulator is cheap as it cost almost RM90.

I end up didn't take anything from them and leave the shop. now i know why they brand temselves as little sucker coz they are indeed. they should change their website to bigsucker.com. 

finally i bought from pets wonderland at greateastern mall ampang. PRice about the same, but it working perfectly and my gas leaking problem totally gone now.

So friends beware when you visit that shop. When come to sales after service, they are down to the valley.

In fact, I can go all the way out to complain at consumer association which i used to do it once in a while. I decided not to go for it , wanted to see whether there is improvement from them. SOmehow I wanted to share here so all of you get ready before enter that shops.
