Fighting Fish...

i know betta fish can live in empty tank... what i mean is CYCLE... you need ammonium to cycle the tank... so that's why i said intro some hard to die fish inside... ( not ikan bilis, Joking )
and bout your shrimp is because you are lucky... different place different PH and KH of water... so dont take the risk... CYCLE your tank 1st...

you can use tetra... any fish also can... just that they die you dont feel sad will do haha... anyway you need cycle it 1st before put fish... is better... believe in me... or later you regret i dont know you...

bacter ball is the Microorganism... so when you put it in ur filter it will promote bacteria to your tank... about is that you can straightly add in fauna, im not sure also but better after 1 week...

you can direct put in tank the bacter ball inside the tank... but i would like to put in Filter cause filter is the place where by the organism grow...

normally people after rescape would take

(2 feet tank)

1 scoop bacter 100
1 scoop penec w
500ml mix both in then pour to the tank with water...

you only need a tiny or a small leaf of riccia it can breed to become alot...
and it's very annoying when you trim it... it messed up ur tank....

lol... we call it Marimo Moss... actually is an algae... no point to buy it... except you have shrimp... or u would like to play with it... cost RM25-30 here... or more... per ball

never try it, sorry cant answer you how easy to grow it...
cause shrimp eat algae lolz... ghost shrimp lolz careful it will eat ur plant..

hmmm thinking of buying rm 1 ghost shrimp and put i tank... cycle it... let them die haha do they eat algae? if they do nice xD hahah so i buy alot and dump it in

phew !! finished rescape... Bacter ball 1 filter 1 in the tank, bacter 100 x 2 scoops + penac W + clear super in 500ml Milk Shake... + 5 pump ada brighty K lastly... forgot anti chlorine... =.= lame...

chewming: yea add fan... when i add fan i can reach 26 at night... and 28 at day time.. sometimes 2 9...

some suggestion for you,
lighting period try to do it at 4pm to 12am.. so the temp wont hike up to 30..
and on the fan 24 hour...

the thing you need to do is TOP UP water everyday haha...

Dont need to be like that, Plan the scape you wanna do... and come out with the best one.. something not following ADA like or copy others.. make it outstanding the scape that no ppl do before... CREATIVE... , ( lolz Nasir told me this >.< )
