Apartment contractor quoted me 1,100 for yard and main grille. 3kim quoted 1,550 for the same thing. Both are powder coated May I know why is there such a big difference in price? Both are powder coated Decided to go with threekim after few quotations from other contractors are about the same price. And threekim has good reviews here in lowyat. Anyone can suggest what size exhaust fan should I use for a 900 sqft condo? Am planning to install an exhaust fan and hence the yard grille will require a cutout, need to confirm the size with the contractor Bijisss liked this post
