The Square 1/2 inch hollow steel tube , mainly basic cell like "square pegs design" RM 8-9 per square feet and The "Wrought Iron" type, flowery design like those grass stem thingy. RM 18 - 24 per square feet Want to powder coat, add RM 3 per square feet. What do you guys think of these price ????

QUOTE(rajapedas @ Feb 29 2012, 08:41 PM) My house renovation in PJ just about to complete. Any advise where would be the best place to get grills done prefereably direct from factory? Thanks All grills are direct from factory. They all buy steel bars, then convert in their workshop/factory to your window/door/gate size and design. This is all custom made item.

QUOTE(cheekily @ Jun 6 2012, 10:57 AM) Thanks for the pic + info... Hmm, guess I'll just have to trust the grill supplier that they galvanized 1st before powder coat the grill, unless I follow them throughout the whole process when they are doing my grills Ok, so powder coat surface can be smooth... but why izit some powder coat surfaces are a bit rough like orange peel skin? Different ways of processing (longer oven baking time, etc.)? The option of smooth or the orange peel like are given/open to end user choice when grill supplier powder coat their product. I think its a diffrent coating product. Dunno they use same method or not.
