You can do powder coating and oven. The powder paint very hard, thick and strong bond.

Powder coating is more for the aesthetic while galvanising is corrosion protection. Both function differently smile.gif

Not just aesthetic. Powder coating do protect from corrosion. If you notice those factory electrical box or db box, the box is coat with this. You can't scratch it off easily.

actually how reliable of powder coating as compared to normal spray paint ya? I saw my friend's house, his grille is actually in white colour, the grille maker sprayed it using car paint (as they claim can last longer), however after 1 year plus, the area near the lock there, the paint start to drop off, as he always accidentally cucuk the grille with key, powder coating can last better with such wear and tear?
*
Powder coating are more hard and thicker. It not easy to scratch. But if knocking hard on it will crack the pain. Not peel off.

Applies to most types of workers in construction. If they are highly educated, they wouldn't be doing what they are doing.

I heard there is something called harden aluminium. True?

and does anyone use this harden aluminium for grille, and how
strong is it compare with MS
*
Harden aluminium is just harden the surface. It not alter the structure of the aluminiun itself. Harden aluminium is for stand against the friction and any surface rough contact. If you hammer the aluminium structure, it still will bend like normal.
