Is it normal custom that the grille installer just suddenly call you and said they're outside your house and wanted to install the grille? When I booked for it, I told them I wanted the rectification of my new house done first, before starting the grille everything but now he keep on calling and calling and wanted to install them even without my presence. I wanted to be there to make sure the grille pattern and color is the right one before letting them install.

I'm thinking of saying that too but refrained from it. Afterall don't wanna p*ss them .
