Hi guys,
i have recently received my pangsapur damai keys. It is a 984 sq feet apartment (almost same as per attached). I have to do the grille at the yard, front door, balcony, 1 master bedroom windows and 2 more bed room windows. A contractor is quoting RM 2,600. Is this reasonable? What questions should i ask to see if the quality is right at the price? He has done 1 apartment there which i have not seen yet. thanks. Attached thumbnail(s)

Hollow and 2-3 mm. Wallplug n welded. Rm2500. I do not have the measurement. Is the price ok for an apartmebt?
