hi guys, someone told me that hot dip galvanized process will cause the steel surface to be uneven and ugly.

Can someone verify that?
If this is the case, is it still worthy to do galvanized to prevent rust?

In high rise, an use case is to avoid kids from playing in the balcony area while still allowing good ventilation.

The appearance of 1.0mm and 1.2mm are the same.
And thieves don't take longer to cut the 1.2mm than 1.0mm.

The only differences are the sound when you knock on it and possibly slightly more impact resistance.
