Look at the setting by that user first. I believe the one that you saw set 4xAA and 16xAF then everything low and also shadow quality medium. Maybe if the user shut it off it can be better.

Tested games with m11x that can work with full high setting so far:

TES Oblivion. Tweaked with a few performance enhancing mods though.

The Sims 3. Its a bit lag if play with high settings in a big town though. Smaller towns works like a charm.

Freedom Force vs The Third Reich. Very smooth, very good.

Heroes of Might & Magic 5 (with expansions). Pretty good as well.

Dragon Age Origins. Work with high setting, but a bit lag when in area with many characters. Medium setting works best.

Black & White 2. Great even with all high.

yea , but only when the game utilizes SLI which most new games on default dont. You would either need nvidia to update their driver or wait and download new profiles for nhancer .. which does not happen in the first 2 weeks of release for any new game =.="
