can give me the email or channel to tell them my disatisfaction? everythin was fine, jz the screen n base.

but i m quite satisfied with dell's service. they r nice, friendly and helpful.. and most importantly, concern bout customers' needs. but that would be too soon to judge.
wait till they come and collect and fix my laptop. see whether they can make it in 5 days as promised. monday they collect back, friday they will send back. if they FAILED to send back by friday, THEY FAILED!
as promised , they will not leave a single scratch to the laptop, or even spoil the laptop somehow. like misplaced cooler or any possibility that could make the laptop malfunction. if they cannot achieve this, i will not only just send back sit back watch. i will complain GAO GAO!
dah lah send me faulty unit, bring back fix and send back to me lagi teruk..
