That one is still ok... Cuz information can still be related to communications and arts... While Arts can be related to Information and Communications (to a certain extend)...

In Malaysia, Culture & Heritage and Multimedia should be seperated... Culture & Heritage should be with Tourism while Multimedia should be with Information Minister... lol!

But rarely can find files on mediafire... lol!

I agree... But ministries have got to be merged with those that can work together...

You can't put education with foreign trade or tourism with sports... They should merge with proper ministries... It'll cut down wastage and improve efficiency... lol!

i also never got when download from warez. p2p got. download Dark Knight terus need to reformat.
oh ya if got virus also other ppl will warn first. if they don't say "thanks", sometimes is the link not working.
sometimes....if u wanna test got virus or not for other ppl, just prepare anti-virus...and other technical stuff.
hard to explain one la. once u know how virus actually works, it's easy to prevent it by changing the settings in Windows.

i still use cuz sometimes google will accidentally kena..
now Windows 7 i din tweak the windows setting, last time XP i tweak few settings.

the trick is actually very simple.

if u off the USB autorun, does that mean u won't kena virus? no. cuz virus can still be executed whether u got autorun on USB or DVD.
so the trick is actually off every single autorun, even though the cache from websites unless u manually double click it.
