If your parcel comes in big box or cost RM500 and above then most like will get detained by the customs...if parcel is small and cost below RM500 most likely will pass thru customs without much problem. This comes from my experiences so I don't think you will have to worry much. Just wait. And oh-shipping from UK is very fast...normal airmail usually reach within 7 working days

Royal Air Mail is fine since I have never lost anything so far... I've been using them for years but if you can spend extras for courier services then go ahead.
