hi all,
1. my house bought at 2006 , if i sell it now which within 5yrs , do i need to pay RPGT? 2. how to calculate RPGT i need to pay? 3. if i can wait another year(after 5th year), no RPGT right? 4. im already received 2% deposit from buyer, and gave him a receipt.. but not yet sign the s&p. not even find a lawyer yet. if now i cancel the deal, what action will he takes against me? thanks |

They would sue u for specific damages, did u deal with an agent? Depending on the buyer though, if he is okay, u can talk ur way out and repay him the 2%
