I'm offered the National Scholarship. It is stated that the 3 years degree program will be conducted in Taylor's. Is it possible that i study the 2 years in Malaysia then the final year in the UK university (twinning program)?

I'm ok if they only provide the scholarships for the first 2 years, then i pay full for the final year.

Anyone ever deal with this kind of situation???

From what I gathered from my school counselor and the scholarship form itself, you are allowed to do so. They'll pay everything you do locally while anything else you do overseas you'd have to pay yourself.

But it's better you consult Taylor's for clarification. I almost applied but decided not to. I'm gonna do pre-u at Taylor's instead.

Are there any scholarships out there still open for application? I am looking to go to Australia next year to pursue a degree in engineering, and have received firm offers from ANU, UNSW and Uni of Adelaide. However, my parents are unable to pay for both my fees and living costs sad.gif.

to all you people who are eager to know about bnm scholarship, pls feel free to drop me a msg. i will do my best to answer your questions regarding the scholarship.

Let me first clear a few things up.
For BNM overseas undergraduate scholarship, 07′SPM leavers can apply right after their results are out through online application but please be aware that the deadline is one week from the SPM results release date (at least that is the case for year 2007).
If you are shortlisted, u'll b given a call by BNM to attend an interview session.
However, some of the TOP STUDENTS of your batch may be called up even without application because these are award receivers (which means they are the top few students of the year and thus will receiver the scholarship 'free-free' to study in any country and any course) which are different from the normal scholarships.

Well, if you would like to know more, just email me.

Anyone can compile all the scholarship that are available now into a post or a new thread? It'll quite difficult for people to seach for any link page by page. As those in 1st page is last year's one.
