Sometimes, although you have apply the ptptn, some college or uni won't allowed you to defer payment because of the loan haven't receive or arrived. You could pay first or try and discuss with the Finance Department Head. If this also fails, then I suggest you to forward your voice to the Student Representative Board. MMU once faces this problem, and we actually get our elected person to help us.But to confirm, just visit them, email or call them up.
