Once I complete the JPA online form, what should I do? Do I need to send them some documents or whatever?

Is anybody having problems in applying for the Bank Negara scholarship online?..everytime i click "hantar" or "simpan", the phrase "web error message information,please contact your system administrator" comes out... i've been trying to send for a few days already!...haih

erm..probably we have to call them (BNM) up to let them know..i'm applying for the Degree scholarship so its not closed yet.
