golbeza: 1st, you still love your kitty lens? If yes, then add 1 more lens, which is 55-200mm, about RM900.
If you don't love your kitty anymore, then go for 18-105mm, about RM1.2k. icon_rolleyes.gif

thx ezra, no nid me explain long long anymore    biggrin.gif tongue.gif

yes, BG makes big difference, important for comfortable n steady grip
but it decreases the portability la if thats wat u wan

@shadowshine
not really, cos the these 3rd party BG for Nikon entry levels cam very plastic n light built
1 reason is there's no complicated circuit boards inside the BG
even with 2 batteries in the BG, attaching a flash n 18-55 hard to balance d
heavier lenses will be worse
now with my sb900 n Sigma 50mm attached, i have hard time keeping the cam straight, it keep pointing down  sweat.gif

Does a ori BG helps to balance up? smile.gif

question is, IF there is ori grip for Nikon entry level bodies
i tried holding D90 with BG n D300 with BG, the BG significantly increased the weight
can balance up to a point la, u cant expect any BG to balance the cam with 70-200 attached rite?  sweat.gif

Phottix is definitely good enuf
rm150? r u sure u din mistaken the BG for D40/D60/D3000?
cos D5000 BG has wire to attach to body in order for vertical shooting
if im not mistaken shud be rm200+
u can still use the BG with 1 battery, but its worth to get an extra battery too

Yes... then if no BG cam attached with 70-200 shakehead.gif

Hi bro dantwt...

For D90 vs D5k... looks at their AF motor... external control buttons... these features will definitely have different photography lifestyle.

For lenses... large aperture is indeed very important... photography is not about aperture or high ISO... it has much more.

Flash is important too...

Take sometime read more first or goto BTS Nikon and play play la... smile.gif

Yup.. surveyed both.. Tamron VC and non-VC, and 35mm.

Price different is about 700-800 bucks. sweat.gif
Yea. 35 mm is abit too wide.. Many ppl would suggest 50mm minimum as capture range of 35mm usually makes the subject/model feel uneasy..

Hmmm.. then i guess have to go for 17-50mm..

Tun, when u gonna get it ?
