hi.

i'm newbie here..

aiming to buy a build in motor DSLR(below 3k),so it would be D90 right?D5000 got build in motor?

which model suitable for newbie?

here d problem again..

which lens should i choose? i just wanna use 1 lens to take a photo, scenery,portrait,every...

do 18-105 okay?

reli on a tight budget..

1 more problem

1) 50mm f1.8D
2) 35mm f1.8G

wat is d different between 35mm&50mm?

seem lk 50mm r reli cheap..

btw wat is d different with 50mm f1.8 & 1.4??
*
if ur budget allow u to get d90 , go for it . it is cheap now RM2500 for body. altho u is newbie , it is not hard if you are willing to learn.
35mm means shorter focal length , means wider .
18-105 is actually a nice all rounder lense . rm3300 d90 with kit lense . not bad for a newbie to start with

50mm f1.8 has smaller aperture compare to 50mm f1.4
f1.4 can make more bokeh on the pic too .
performance in low light is better compare to f1.8

hmmm..

mayb will think ti get d D90 as i wan to buy 50mm f1.8D(only cost RM300 right)

other f1.4 r too expensive for me.. around 1k ler..

okay..

so in term 50mm f1.8D & 35mm f1.8G, which 1 better le?
*
no idea , some prefer 50mm , some prefer 35mm

d90 has build in Af motor , can use many lense.

18-55 is quite good for a beginning already ... if you want an all-rounder lens, you cna go for 18-200 ... but dun buy nikon lenses unless you are damn rich ...
*
i thought fotokem is expensive? last time they quote me quite expensive for d3000

@ mv fotokem .
2molo going to kl , find best friend , then sambil sambil go hunt flash ,

i plan to sell my 18-55 for 18-105 but a lot of ppl telling me that 18-105's performance is not compitable with 18-55

http://www.kenrockwell.com/nikon/18-105mm.htm

what u guys think?

any d5000 out there with battery grip? is battery grip helpful in taking picture vertically?
*
cant get what you mean? you want mean the 18-105 Image Quality is worse compare to 18-55?

fcuk90: according to the article, 18-55 is better than 18-105. that is what holding me back from replacing my 18-55 with 18-105.

faiz92: yeah man.. i'm thinking the same about bg. but i dont want to spend something that doesn't benefit me.

general_nic: if i'm not mistaken, u have a battery grip with d5000 right? how does it feel with ur d5000 with bg and without? big differance?

i found a place selling nissin di622 at RM420 brand new with 1 year warranty. is this the cheapest or there's cheaper than this?
*
where ? i want buy 2molo.

if you doesnt need the range , no point for you to upgrade

faiz92: what lens are u using?

fcuk90: my friend told me that the shop is in digital mall ground floor. i'm buying one mid of the month. of course i need the range, but if the quality is not as good i might as well save more for 55-200 or 18-200.

i know which 1 liao , digital mall at Pj. so far ?. got offer from cerriss for rm430 , rm10 difference . ok lar laugh.gif
