I want the yotsuba too... but i think the mini danbo is already hard to make it stand if want to twist its leg...

but do you knw how to take the danboard head off? i heard they say inside got another small head..
*
Yotsuba is very rare, hard to find thhe summer dx version. I bought mind 2nd hand but still new. haha~

Duh... the small head is another head, take off danbo head and put on it one... That's another version of danbo, i think is the big version. The danbo head inside is LED and battery lah doh.gif

Mine didn't come with the spare head? Need to buy seperately?
*
You bought the mini version or big version? Mine is mini, only one head also. Actually it's not a spare head, it's a head of a boy who appear in yotsuba comic.

See my post above, damn sad lost rm40 T^T

Finally using my 18-105 once again today, really under utilizing. Maybe should sell it away =/, but it is my first lens after all T^T Tak sampai hati haha!

There's like a case that came with my Danbo Mini, what's that for anyways?
*
lol then what lens you're using now except 70-200? tammy?

The small plastic case? it's no use anyway, just a box maybe can put some coins.

Most of the time 70-200, using the 18-105 for the wide end. Now thinking to get the 16-35 f/4. Friend got it already, but I haven't played with that lens yet. Thinking to use that as a shorter range 17-50 f/2.8 VC for Tamron, and ultimately becomes my UWA once I go FX in future (hopefully.. biggrin.gif).

My 50mm f/1.8D also collecting dust dry.gif, but oh well can use for Danbo biggrin.gif.

The box initially I thought got the other head inside haha! Then was thinking what could the box be used for dry.gif.
*
lol so nice your primary lens is 70-200 ^^ IMO 16-35mm if very sharp and good, worth to get it since it's 2mm wider than 18-105mm and it becomes very wide in FX. Tamron is notorious for its QC and focusing problem/not sharp enough, so if i am you i'll just stick to nikkor OR try the new sigma 1750 ^^

the box practically has no use... it's still inside the box.

16-35mm my friend got it this week, didn't seen any of the shots. According to him its sharp! But since haven't seen output so don't wanna comment much hehe. Sigma 17-50 cost RM2850, the best price I could get. Pricey lens I would say and I can't bring it along to FX.

Oh shit, this is so poisonous. But I'm thankful that the current semi pro FX, D700 spec doesn't catch my interest yet. Hehehe, thank god. Awaiting the replacement model! Hopefully it is something competitive against the 5dmk2.I know megapixels is not the selling point, but hey 12MP versus 21MP is quite a differences. I don't mind if the sucessor has about 16MP or so biggrin.gif, I'm dying to have the multicam 3500 system that has better sensitivity for f/2.8 aperture compared to D90's multicam 1000 which is best at f/5.6 =/.
*
5D MKII's AF points need to be improved... It's good in noise control and the 21 MP full frame sensor.

Actually wad it means by "better sensitivity for f2.8"?

If the Flash setting was set to Manual, the flash wouldnt fire it.
But it set to TTL, it will... y? Mayb the flash is not in commander mode.
*
WTH now only you realize? I already posted few pages back that nissin di622 for non-commander flash, di622 only can be triggered by TTL pop up... Not sure why but yea..

Hmm, for example D90's center is designed for f/5.6 aperture. meaning it will do best at f/5.6, probably slow if on f/2.8 or f/1.8. And probably less accurate in low light too. D300 and above using the 51 AF points, have much mroe f/2.8 sensitivity points bout 21 or 30+ can't recall. Faster and more accurate using f/2.8 aperture. Didn't really read much, but I know my friend's D300 feels faster in low light condition.
*
Aiks, but what you pay is what you get lo. But it's much better than D40's 3 AF points. >.<

the microfiber cloth can be used repeatedly right? im thinking to get 1 to clean my lens which has fingerprints on it ....

Pic Spam. Is my sensor dirty?? got black spot on my photo. CnC welcome

Can be use repeatedly. But i suggest u use a lenspen instead, safer. Why u need to clean your lens? you don't have uv filter infront to protect?

Get a blower and dismount your lens. Perform a mirror lock up (can be done in menu settings) to lift the mirror and then face the body downwards, blow the wind upwards into the body. blow repeatedly for several times and then disable mirror lock-up.

try capturing and see the dust still there or not. if still there, repeat it...

dust on the uv filter will not affect on the quality of the picture?
*
I mean if you put on uv filter all the time, u dont really need to clean your lens cuz it's protected by UV filter, no fingerprint will be produced at the lens.

So he said he removed uv filter to prevent flare, so got fingerprint. then use lenspen to clean, dont use cloth...

dust on uv filter also can be seen in photo lah doh.gif
It's not the dust that "affect image quality", just the dust can be seen.

guess i will have to get cleaning kit as soon as possible.
any suggestions for a complete set and estimated price for 1 whole kit?
*
Octopus brand 3 in 1 cleaning kit is about rm35, including one blower, one lenspen and one big cleaning cloth. im using it.

BUT, the lenspen is not original LENSPEN brand, it's octopus brand. dunno will it perform as good as lenspen or not. ori lenspen about rm50 +- per lenspen.

Hey guys, decided to drop my d40 for an lx3. Do shops do trade in ah?
*
Are you sure? I had a D40 and my friend has a LX3. I played with LX3 and I don't really like it. Even D40 has better noise control than LX3 i think. LX3's photo are not bad but D40 with 18-55mm still pawns LX3 i think.

Well if it's your decision then go for it... Better sell it in LYN garage sales rather than trade in, trade in will give u very low price.
