I have good impression of Ben the 1st time i passed my mini-dv to Ben for conversion. He provides good service and does his job very well.

I sent Ben another 2 mini-dv for conversion around 2 mths ago. Because the parts (head) of my video camera is dirty, so affects the mini-dv as well (no sound, blur image).

I told Ben to try to convert and don't edit too much of the content. At last Ben didn't edit the content, he convert the mini-dv for me, and he even clean the head of the video camera (which i passed for him to check).

I passed Ben 9 units of 8mm analog handycam tapes which were recorded almost 23 years ago and he converted it to DVD format for me. The tapes needed cleaning and could not be played on my own equipment yet he was able to digitize them perfectly in just 4 days and my family has been enjoying watching our old memories ever since. Ben's super efficient and does a great job even on a last minute notice. When he found out I couldn't rewind / fast-forward the converted video on the video player, he made an extra trip to pass me the video in a different format. Thumbs up! Thanks, Ben!
