Though nobody mentioned this yet, so I'll say it:
The way this movie ends, looks like a setup for a sequel

While on the note, I hereby Wiki copy-paste of the critic response of both Godzilla (2014) and the old Godzilla (1998).
and each first sentence goes: QUOTE Godzilla (2014): "Godzilla has received positive reviews from film critics." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Godzilla_(201...tical_reception QUOTE Godzilla (1998): "Among mainstream critics in the U.S., the film received generally negative reviews." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Godzilla_(199...itical_response So there you have it, folks. If still not satisfied, go compare them both at all those Rotten Tomatoes, Meta Critics, etc. APA LAGI U MAUUU |

baru cakap the ending might open a sequel.. suddenly news already confirms YES, it will be getting a sequel because of its worldwide success!
http://www.deadline.com/2014/05/godzilla-2...gareth-edwards/ QUOTE EXCLUSIVE: After opening to $103M internationally — the biggest opening of 2014 so far — and grossing $93M domestic stateside this weekend, it should come as no surprise that Legendary Pictures and Warner Bros.‘ are already developing a sequel to the monster hit. It was confirmed to Deadline this morning that a Godzilla sequel is underway. The beast is currently stomping across international markets to take No. 1 spots in most territories. |
