maybe training ur wrist? just like playing drum...
hahaha... well, u can always google... dumbell exercises. =.= if u lazy, i list a few for u. tricep, chest, back, legs, shoulder, calf, oblique, abs, biceps... u can train every part of ur body with a dumbell. =.= hahahaha... |

Ask yourself instead, why you want to use a dumbell to exercise.
If you don't even know what you want to do with dumbells and why you want to use dumbells, dun use them. |

google "isolation exercises"
you must make sure you really isolate the muscle you're exercising. no swinging, no bad form then you can do wonders with dumbbells ^^ |
