Ah...this is the problem with the receiver box and its software and the communication between the remote. Try not to press the button too fast. I have a problem with by byond stb. in other words, press once...give it a bit of time for response then the next command. I got this when I first got this HD service and now I learn to have a bit ofpatience....press a command .... wait a few seconds...then press another. This allows the command to be carried out.
It's just a very new service that will take time to improve.
