wire problem..coz last time i also having this problem...need to call astro cs n call them to change another cable for u...and i need tell u all,i have change my decoder 2 times..coz the decoder always hang..astro ppl come n change u need to check weather they change new decoder for u all..coz last time astro ppl change old decoder for me..astro bad service...
