I bought a Zalman CNPS9300 AT cpu cooler and I think its very noisy. The fan is even louder than Intel cooler fan. I thought it suppose to be ultra quiet

I want to ask, in the manual, it is stated that I need to activate PWM control mode in my BIOS settings but I can't find any PWM related in my M/B manual book.
My M/B do support PWM cause it has 4 pin connector for the fan. So how to enable PWM mode?

what about you check inside your bios, inside pc health menu
