For studio it is now 900rm and 1 bedroom is 1200rm

studio in cyberjaya is a forgone conclusion. oversupply target at students. and more mushrooming up soon.

fully furnished, if you are lucky you might find a capable tenant that doesn't mind the rental. but market rate is 1200 now. not only in shaftsbury, same goes to hyve, cybersquare, dpulze.

Not good for owners... but that's how the market functions, demand and supply...since too many investors and units for rental flooded the market, price will come down eventually.

Anyway, it's always good and bad...Good for tenants as it's cheaper to live in Cbj. savings from rental can go support the f&b around here. smile.gif

my rental from RM1.4k 2 years back drop to RM1k now
agent telling me that bare studio unit is selling at rm260k, fully furnish at rm300k
things are not looking good there
hopefully future MRT stations will bring CJ back on track again
now owner just need to tahan

i think the lelong price is higher than spa price but it's indeed a good buy. i like the place.

Management oso lease back for their hotel biz but the rate is not extremely attractive fr management
