Not good for owners... but that's how the market functions, demand and supply...since too many investors and units for rental flooded the market, price will come down eventually.

Anyway, it's always good and bad...Good for tenants as it's cheaper to live in Cbj. savings from rental can go support the f&b around here. smile.gif
