can i join the badminton?

i got hypertension. failed medical checkup, cannot get new job. if cant get new job, i got no money to buy medicine. my current job not enof for me to seek physcian.10 years from now, i will have kidney problem, diabetes, eyes sightness problem. i stop medication 6 months ago. i seems like waiting time only.

my separated wife not allowed me to bring baby home during cny. i called my mum, she said never mind, but i can hear she is crying. my 90 years old grandmum also asking me where is baby everytime i went back hometown. its my fault.

I got hypertension too. My blood raise even when I cried. Family inheritence. But you still can control it with food control and exercise. Just don't give up. Btw, I know I have the possibility to become deaf, and gain fully white hairs in earlier ages because of my family genes too but I don't really care anyway cos I still got 74 yrs to live on. (if i manage to live that old, hahaha)

And for you family issue, it takes time. I can't give any advise because I'm not a good advisor, but we can give you support =) Just calm down and think of a solution.

Lunar Sea, how old is the baby? Not sure how bad is the situation with your ex-wife, but perhaps there is always some kind of negotiation. Besides, you can bring baby back besides CNY right?

Hypertension, diabetes, cancer etc... all in the family blood of mine too. That's y i have to take extra care of my diet & health. At least maintain a healthy BMI and exercise lor. It ain't an easy journey, but requires lots of determination & persistence.

You can seek medical attention from General hospital. It may takes a long queue, use connection if you can.
