affecting workout?
for weight training, i recover better but i do noticed less sakit doing same routines which would sore certain parts quickly although (but this doesnt affect the cramp & mind
and its affecting my cutting routine positively though...love handles shrinking, bf% shrinking fast (although i would credit that to my diet mostly but i dont doubt animal pak helps)
less tiring and i can now run 11km/h at maximum gradient on the treadmill almost at ease when a week before i started animal pak, i could do it only for 20-30sec most without holding the treadmill handle

it is expensive tapi makan 44 packets per day can last u a month ++
so kire ok la
my dad also cakap its okay (he's a GP for more than 30 years)
so thats a gud thing i guess

i tried animal cut and animal omega
the latter's good also for superb recovery and strength endurance in gym i.e. less fatigue (tapi i dunno how omega 3 and 6 affect this though)
animal cuts banyak buang air dalam badan je but its a good supp if u consume creatine (i think)
hahaha...dont take it from me though
different body mungkin different reactions
but i have to say they all are expensive yet nothing beats trial and error in bb'ing

and yes, its quite potent
the only trick to the sheit smelling piss is to drink more than 2-3l of water per day

i only use animal pak je skarang + creatine and glutamine (the latter all the in house brand of egonutritions)

note: 150-200ml of coffee 2 hours before cardio or weight lifting (strong black without sugar) has been the best motivator for me especially when playing negatives (2:3) or eccentrics (4:2) routine
