it is best to OC using x-terminal in phone rather than in PC... Jus tried using PC and failed (need to reflash TT) but succes in phone...
*
erm, actually,,u dont need to reflash the fw...i failed to flash the kernel too using pc,the phone will just stuck at nokia logo and turn off after that.
BUT just flash the kernel again until it can boot....thats how i OC-ed

flashed to 900 mhz !! and i find it worth because at 800mhz,my n900 tends to lag a while when im loading the music player (747 songs)...but after oced to 900mhz,it loads str8 away...aspire,dont know why i cant oc using the 900mhz file at fp...used zImage900mhz.fiasco instead...coz the 1 u posted have error (not valid fiasco image) ...for those who want more speed can go ahead

reupdated it already thanks. Tell us how 900mhz does for you
*
note that im comparing between 800mhz and 900mhz
1. music player doesnt lag that much while it starts to load. (747 songs)
2. music player is faster when clicking on artist,b4 this when i click on any artist name, the song album will not appear immediately, means the music player is lagging, but at 900mhz it appears str8 away
3. file manager loads faster-no significant lag anymore (15gb left)
4. whole device runs faster (obviously)
5. photos loads faster...b4 this when i click "photos",it will lag a while to load my images (4xx images) ,but now it doesnt lag anymore

thats all i noticed until now,try it urself to experience the faster n900
