do they count the bandwidth used by the iptv for throttling purpose ?

just went to tmpoint. they said
1. Right now there is no capped imposed. the capped bandwidth is still under consideration. Let's hope it's not 1mbps 2. The international tv will be chargable in the future. One can subscribe by choosing which channel to subscribe and pay for each international channel chosen.
