okay...all lengzai lengui....i just called unifail customer service ask them about cap
and wadaya knw....there is no CAP until end of this year.then at 2011 they will reintroduce da cap again  ,but im not sure whether there will be new capping limit introduce or not...as for my opinion still not da best time to get HSBB until there is new capping limit introduce  |
