They say download/upload speed up to <depends on package>.

You know that damned marketing strategy right?  doh.gif
*
Yes, quite common, definitely not gonna even close to that magic "subscribe" number. However they do have the policy of providing <XYZ> speed at <XYZ> time so lets see how that goes.

this is heading towards a wrong direction

It could turn to the right direction if TM starts to man up and admit they FAKAP because put cap too low. Knowing them and their ego, they won't or at least until they gonna eat the dirt when their little scam goes flop.

no cap = another streamyx

We need a reasonable amount of capping, not none. TM continues its fail streak whistling.gif

yes, temporary. So now enjoy it to the max la.

After being imposed the cap thingy (heard that it gonna be on 2011, but not sure), then  cry.gif  LOL

I'm really hope TM could revise the Cap.

I know that worldwide is implementing cap including Aus, UK and US, but lets hope TM could revised it so that its fair and square and win-win situation.  biggrin.gif

So later on when they implement it your gonna cry, rant and pull your hair out and say "Ok I didn't sign up for this shit", well guess what too late dumbo, your tied in by the contract.

LONG TERM, thats what matters

No point in waiting right? You're either okay with the cap or you're not. Even their T&C says they can alter the agreement whenever they want, even if they officially remove all the bandwidth limits off their brochures, you think they can't just set a new cap whenever they want?

They're probably just sick of 24/7 downloaders.. hence setting a 'cap' so they have a reason to cut you off if you abuse the network. That's why its called fair usage policy. Even in their datacenters, you can buy 1mbps dedicated line burstable to 10mbps, but if you burst @ 10mbps 24/7 they will cut you off.
*
I'm ok with the cap, but the ones they've decided is unrealistic and just plain stupid.

please save the "u lyke to torrent thats why you dont lyke cap" crap for someone else.

Now can la say "we dont have cap" because the residential area availability is so little. Next year Q1 we see la TM can tok kok or not.

In my opinion, whoever subscribe early, will have an advantage later on as in the future im sure, after the promotional period (which is until end of June), people will complaint about installation cost for sure!!

Depends on ur guys wanna believe it or not, wanna skeptical or not... just like kata pepatah, setiap benda ada hikmah... and the power of intention is so powerful.. if u see it negatively, what can i do? its ur opinion.. im respect the opinion.. and all what im saying is nothing but the truth... thanks...

I'd have to disagree, usually the early adopters who gets the short end of the stick. Simple example streamyx 4Mbps. Sure2 at first its blazing fast but now even those early adopters are getting the same crap as new ones.

PS: Your neither lying or telling the truth, its just your opinion which everyone has one smile.gif
