I have just paid my deposit for Covelia, Block A. (last week). Just to share what i think about this property, as i was comparing with few other
property in town. Property such as Manjarala 18, Casa Indah 2, Kiara View, Saville, Casa Desa (SubSale) and even some higher end property
such as Papillion, or some new development in Bangsar
Because of my budget concern i was looking for a property below RM 500,000.00. and must be freehold. (1st priorty)
For me to choose Covelia is because:
1) Location near to Technology Park, IMU and Apiit ( Rental Return)
2) Walking distance to LRT Station
3) Future Ho Hup Development (Although they are under PN17 currently it will be solve in the near future)
4) 5 - 10 min drive to mature garden such as OUG, Happy Garden and Sri Petaling( Where good food is all at this area)( Wet Market in OUG)
5) Facing golf course ( Peace of mind when i wake in the morning) Where in town except Casa Indah 1& 2 (Lease hold) you can find a golf course view ?
6) Easy Assess to the highway Kesas, Maju, North South Highway
7) Middle Class Developer ( High Change to finish the project during contruction, Base on their track record)
8) No more development in front of this property (View will not be block in future)
9) Completion in 2013 only i start to serve the loan by the time it complete (HSBC)
10) Low - Medium density on this property
Setback
1) How well can the developer manage the property after handing us the keys?
( Hope i m not offending anyone for asking this question?)
