@jinx-z
why laugh at other people for being hardworking? Are you not hardworking yourself?

Each jobs has its own ups and downs. But before that, do you even have a job that you can be laughing at others?

Hi...
Also got offer from Ambank...but already accept offer from another MNC company at Damansara Height which is offer me about 16% more than Ambank. The another company will not give bonuses but only high increment( not sure how high it is) and 1 one month salary insentive every 3 years,parking RM400, Dental RM800. I heard Ambank can give many month bonuses ( easily can get 1-3 months bonus ) every year.

I'm delemma whether to accept ambank offer or proceed with another company. Any opinion?

1-3months bonus is a bit low for banks in my opinion. Banks bonus is usually much higher than that even if you are not under IB

Dont know...that is what my head hunter said, she get the info from her previous candidate who currently working at Ambank. Anyway, now I decide to join the MNC vendor after consideration work environment( flexibility, working hours, location, low possibility to get headached with dificult end-user and office politic )

so did u accept the offer?
i started my job in ambank in sept 2010. the enviroment is good, however i do not like my position, wealth specialist sounds good but oeverall is only a sales job, im not much different compared to sales man.

one to three months seems right. 7 months sounds close to impossible. IT is there just to support the business. The bank would much rather choose to give a 7 month bonus to a trader than an IT staff. where do you work? TF3?

working environment in AmBank is okay. everyone is friendly. unfortunately i think this bank might not be as performance based as other bigger banks. I see a lot of lazy people around.
