Hi, i gt the offer for AmGraduate Programme today.....i applied this position on 4th of june via jobstreet...1st interview was on 13th of June n 2nd interview was on 17th of June...... The 1st interview consists of a written test (choose 1 ques to ans out of 2) n followed by face to face interview. It took around an hour. In 2nd interview, there is a presentation session. U wil b given the topic 2 days b4 the presentation day n u hav to prepare the powerpoints. There r 3 interviewers for the presentation. Normally it wil take nt more than 1 hour. i have receive a call regarding the job-operation and admin executive and have an interview with them next week.
Can i ask:
1.what is the job scope
2.a good place to gain experience?
3.salary??benefits??allowance??bonus??

i work at ambank and i think its the best opportunity i been given. its true that some department are not that great ambank. its up to the boss and colleague. lucky me i got some very good and friendly boss and colleague.
who said IT section doesn't get well bonus+salary. last year and this year my friend got 5 months bonus each year. it depend on your performance and boss.

Anyone work in finance dept, Ambank? Any comment bout the dept?
If I'm getting the offer as per my previously requested salary, but due to the time frame taken in the 2 interview, I got promoted from my current firm n I'm not satisfied with the expected salary I got now from Ambank, can I request for increment?

Anyone working in the Damansara Tropicana AMBANK support site? How is the working environment? IT Department in Ambank called AMHorizon? Usually what is the Job grade given for the employee in the IT Support? Need some feedbak here |

i got a new offer from AmCorp..the post as a programmer and i will locate in AmBank HQ but i will work under MCM technologies Bhd ..what i noticed,AmBank IT Dept is controling by MCM which is MCM is the partner of AmCorp.Anyone working there,can share? explain to me what is diff between AmBank IT and MCM..how about working environment.

i got offer to work in the compliance retail department in YKS office, anybody in that dept ???
currently working in PayPal, do you think its worth it to go to for that, just about 600 increment of salary...
how bout the company benefit and other stuff ?? heard ambank staff mostly makcikpakcik ... is it true ?? (no offence to pakcik makcik)

Lets assume if one's probation ends on 31st March, will the person be entitled for bonus?

Nope, but I had an interview there the other day for a risk mgmt role. The interviewer said if i joined in Nov, then come Mar next yr, i can get pro-rated bonus (based on the 5 mths). You should raise this question when you're meeting the HR for interview. Not familiar with channel dvlpment. |
