Unlimited download without control leads to bandwidth congestion which makes ur connection gettin slower. it also can effect the backbone connection (fiber optic in this case) in a long term.

To see on the brighter side, the capping is actually for ur own goods too. Did u want to suffer with slow connection because on certain month u'd download a data for like 60GB whereas ur neighbor aggressively download a data for like 1TB??? U see, because of ur neighbor fault (aggressively download), u also will suffer with the slowdown connection. And later on, u come to this thread, shouting that "my internet so slow" whilst its ur neighbor fault in the first place.

So the capping policy is to ensure that everyone will get based on what they pay, fair and square.

I'm saying this because actually capping is a good thing. The downside is the capping quota isn't enough. Hopefully they gonna increase the quota once the capping policy starting to be implemented again. icon_rolleyes.gif


p/s: I bet that those who dwld for like 1TB for a month can't even finish the whole movies/games that they'd dwlded (thats like 1497 of movies, assuming 1 movie = 700MB) rclxub.gif .
