Once you sign up you'll be binded to a two years contract. What happens if they suddenly decide to implement the cap a day after you registered? Or a week? Or a month?

It is called analysis not hearsay.

Their two years contract can make many people fall for their trap if the public don't think one step ahead.
What if TM decides to implement FUP right tomorrow? What if they announce it they would do it in June? With the 2 years contract, would the you guys still be interested to subscribe to it?
Please think ahead, they can give all the sweet promises now, but remember about the 2 years contract and the penalty behind it. Do not subscribe until they can confirm a definite FUP policy. Else, they can always wait till they get enough subscribers and impose a much stricter limit, regardless of what, you can't run away unless you're willing to pay the penalty anyway.

IS TM able to DIFFERENTIATE between INTL and LOCAL usage by the users?
why? i ask because local traffic cost almost nothing to TM and yet their CAP includes local+intl.
so is it impossible or cost prohibitive to make that distinction?

As far as we know TM will definitely impose cap on the line, i don't mind but at least give us a reasonable cap matching our package not the crazy cap of 60GB on 5Mb line per month. I hope before they reach my area, the issue regarding cap have been clear in black & white. So we know what we are getting since they impose 2 year contract on us.

Its safe to assume people do not mind the idea of capping but what people do mind is the amount allocated before capping, simply put its ridiculous. The very idea of HSBB is to provide user with HD content.

If you put 60GB per month cap then what kind of HD content can you access? TM really no common sense at all even when the very idea of High Speed Internet is not that new.
