That is kiasu ah beng mentality. You will milk every drop of what you bought. If I paid a toll in a highway I'm gonna use some long 2-lane tank on it and block other drivers who are driving modest vehicles?

ISP capacity isn't planned on every user downloading 24/7, that kind of cost would bankrupt even the richest country.

Thank you very much for your valuable input. We have already forwarded this mail to Product Management and Marketing Teams for their attention, as we in Support, I’m sorry to say, have little control of pricing and products.

actually, your 4m is faster is because your package gets higher priority and with 4m you have a much higher buffer. Its not always due to the line. My line quality is great, but during peak hours my downloads won't break 30kBps, try again later around 2-3am, and suddenly I can be going at 150kBps.
*
b4 tat im using 1M also can get 150kb/s wat
but i got complain them why peak hour so slow
then send tech come n check n fix my problem oledi rclxms.gif
u all should do tat also notworthy.gif

been there done that, after a while goes back to the same thing.

Its a network congestion issue, not a line quality problem.
*
then complain again
ask them add line or port or whatever
must get the speed
they will do something for you
dun so fast giv up
i nonstop complain 31days/1month
n keep call them everyday
finaly solve thumbup.gif
