That is kiasu ah beng mentality. You will milk every drop of what you bought. If I paid a toll in a highway I'm gonna use some long 2-lane tank on it and block other drivers who are driving modest vehicles?

ISP capacity isn't planned on every user downloading 24/7, that kind of cost would bankrupt even the richest country.

actually, your 4m is faster is because your package gets higher priority and with 4m you have a much higher buffer. Its not always due to the line. My line quality is great, but during peak hours my downloads won't break 30kBps, try again later around 2-3am, and suddenly I can be going at 150kBps.

been there done that, after a while goes back to the same thing.

Its a network congestion issue, not a line quality problem.

yup capped at 6mb

even tough you already got 4 or 5 meg...just pretend it never reached that speed...after 2 or 3 calls...they capped u at maximum rate....and that how i did it.

Where did you get the news that it wont be implemented until end of year ?

TM want to aim 750k house have this kind of so called "fibre optic unlimited broadband" but until now only got 500++ people going for UniFI @ka UniFail!!!
