Most of Steamboat restaurant in this thread dont have Jakim Halal certificate except Nelayan Steamboat. Those Johnny's, Seoul garden halal certificate comes from private organization which are not certified by Jakim itself. So your choice.

yes again, a common sense is needed when entering or reviewing that place. see wether got sell any beer or pork things.. if none, then surely we know that the food is halal one right? Chicken was bought from tesco

beef, prawn all are halal.. except one we should consider, is the frozen frozen thing. who knows

speaking of steambot....where to find the steamboat pot?? so i can make some homemade steamboat...

in b4 tesco got

perhaps u may try this

1. economic idea
a) a rice cooker to boil your soup / tom yam wse
b) an electric frying pan (with flat surface)
c) all tesco seafood/vegies and meat
costing? Around 40-50 ringgit

2. buy a new bbq frying pan (around 200ringgit)
costing all will reach 250 with no ice cream and else that a steamboat restaurant may give us


3. i still will stick to my plane, where i will need a halal steamboat restaurant or kosher so then i can eat for the price of 20 to 30 with ice cream and some cuci cuci mata. hahahahaa

mmg halal, d price also cheap..
