i5 430M would do fine..
Just upgrade the memory to at least 4GB if you have the fund..

Main difference is 32bit usually only able to recognize 3.2-3.3GB out of 4GB ram,
if you want to be able to recognize 4GB or more, you will need 64bit...

so most of you issit only purchase the 32bit?
if i choose 32bit now,am i able to upgrade to 64 bit?(maybe pirate or etc... tongue.gif )

and one thing about the warranty,i'm intend to upgrade to 3 years, so is it if the laptop broken or crash ,still can repair or change a new one?

I'm not Vostro 3700 user laugh.gif
By right, the key should be able to use for 64-bit, you just need to find the disc...

If laptop broken and its valid in warranty, they will try to repair it, if its in unrepairable condition, they would replace the unit if not mistaken...
