I would appreciate to hear from you if you are familiar with bkt antarabangsa's area. I know abt the landslide and highland tower's tragedy but bkt antarabangsa is generally still a very nice area to live.

Anyone knows anything abt Villa Duta condo? I am looking for a nice, quiet & tranquil place to settle down.

Been looking around wangsa maju area but the prices of properties there are highly inflated, some properties even selling 30-40K above bank's valuation price. sigh.....

I know the surrounding area very well as my parents stay around but not at villa duta specifically. This villa duta condo generally safe as it lies on flat land. completed about 10-12 years ago but the occupancy rate I can say are low for the reason we dont know. Even before bkt antarabangsa not many people stay in this condo. Quite a number of the unit were on auction but not taken up.

Was looking at Waizuri and Sri Kenangan as well but the props prices were too inflated. Cant afford to forge out the diff between loan amt approved and purchase price. :'(

Anybody knew abt Desaku 1 townhse in Tmn Melawati behind zoo? Seems breezy but not sure if it's a good place to live. Heard the traffic is killing!
