I know the surrounding area very well as my parents stay around but not at villa duta specifically. This villa duta condo generally safe as it lies on flat land. completed about 10-12 years ago but the occupancy rate I can say are low for the reason we dont know. Even before bkt antarabangsa not many people stay in this condo.
