from outside can see the occupancy around 80%

Many shops under renovation. Happening place.

This aeon selatan crowd also very good. And better than aeon mahkota cheras.

seems long time has been fenced up.....

No doubt aeon selatan crowd is good but doesn't mean that the shop surrounding will get good crowds too.

past by last week.. the service apartment seems like like more than half are lights off..

Looks promising.. went there for a wed dinner last week. Hope will become another happening place in this area.

CIMB bank come in liao. banner hanged. now under renovation. last time was hap seng star showroom
this place very a bank magnet place. almost all kind of banks setup here.

no way 80% occupied...i think it is less than 50%

ya doesnt look like that occupied, just that the shops down is always crowded ... want to get parking also hard ..

all basement car parks reserved for owners....really bad design...cos not enough parking for public....so...at the end...how to do bussiness?

remember one of my friends mention there is visitor parking that can park.. but i never tried going in yet ... anyone to verify ?

Ya ada visitor parking.
But I always can find parking outside. But i think once Cimb opened here Susah Liao.

depends on the time ? or maybe i am always unlucky, i go pickup my things and tot might as well dinner there but only manage to find parking at the Maybank part which is abit far.. so just gostan to Aeon jeh ..
